GRJS-COM Communication Management Machine (A/B/C/D)
GRJS-COM series communication management unit, also known as DPU, has multiple downlink communication interfaces and one or two uplink network interfaces, equivalent to a front-end computer, which is a monitoring computer. It is used to organize and summarize the communication data of all intelligent monitoring/protection devices in a substation, and then transmit it in real-time to the higher-level main station system(monitoring center backend machine and DCS) to complete remote signaling and telemetry functions. The communication management machine is an important part of the power transformation and distribution automation system, which completes the information exchange between intelligent electronic devices such as substation microcomputer protection, automatic devices, measurement and control, and the substation main computer system and power grid automation system. It achieves the exchange and network conversion of information from each remote power station to the upper main computer, thus forming a fully decentralized RTU communication system. It is mainly used for industrial equipment networking, energy management, power data collection protocol conversion, communication server, and dispatching server.

System Features and Main functions
GRJS-COM series embedded industrial communication management machine adopts a mature 32-bit high-performance industrial level core processor, with a main frequency up to 300MHz, integrated with high-speed DDR2 memory, and which has high-speed data processing capabilities. The entire design adopts industrial wiring, fully ensuring the integrity of high-speed signals. The core processing part adopts modular design, with a high-quality 4-layer PCB design. The high-quality aluminum alloy shell provides excellent corrosion resistance and electromagnetic shielding performance, providing excellent protection for the operation of internal precision circuits. It adopts a special surface treatment method, which effectively improves the appearance and metal texture of the product, and supports ultra wide voltage AC/DC power supply input. The power input circuit adopts a unique dedicated circuit design, which can withstand lightning strikes of the highest level 4 (4KV) 8/20uS in the GB/T17626.5-2008 standard. Multiple power protection, anti-static, overcurrent, anti reverse connection, and other protections can effectively ensure reliable operation in harsh environments such as the wild. It integrates 1-2 10M/100M high-speed adaptive Ethernet ports and adopts dual level lightning and anti-static protection, which can withstand 2KV lightning strikes. The multi-channel RS485 circuit adopts a fully electrical isolation design, and the RS485 circuit adopts three-level lightning protection and anti-static protection, supporting the highest level of 4KV protection in the 10/700uS test of GB/T17626.5-2008 standard. A stable hardware design can ensure long-term normal operation of the system, support pure hardware timed watchdog, and it is suitable for unmanned 24-hour uninterrupted operation application environments; support the LINUX operating system, with LINUX system version 3.1.0. Users only need to focus on application development and do not need to focus on underlying driver and hardware development.
