GRJS-6000 microcomputer protection measurement and control integrated automation system includes hydropower station, substation, power distribution room and pumping station control system. The system is mainly composed of computer monitoring, microcomputer protection, PLC control system, microcomputer excitation, microcomputer governor and power supply, etc.. It is used for protection, control, measurement and monitoring of hydropower stations, substations, power distribution rooms, and pump stations. It also has an interface for communicating with the dispatching center to complete functions such as telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment.

GRJS-6007 low-voltage unit integrated intelligent control panel is specially designed for low-voltage hydropower stations, which integrates generator protection, excitation system, speed control, automatic quasi-synchronization, sequence control, temperature inspection, automatic economic power generation, metering, monitoring instruments, intelligent diagnosis, remote interaction, safety warning and other functions in one. It is suitable for small hydropower plants with low voltage of 400V and single unit capacity of 1000kW and below. The system is designed according to the principle of "no one on duty, few on duty". It has the functions of fully automatic start and stop, automatic power generation and operation according to the given load and water level, and can meet the requirements of economic operation of the unit and unmanned duty function of the hydropower station.

Maliba Reservoir Hydropower Station is a key supporting project of the "Rundian Project" under the national Western Development Program and Yunnan Province's "Double Hundred Project". As a power generation facility supporting a large Type II comprehensive water conservancy hub, it serves multiple vital functions including flood control, irrigation, power generation and water resource allocation. It is of great significance for optimizing regional water resource utilization, easing power supply pressure during dry seasons and boosting the high-quality development of local economy. In this project cooperation, our company undertook the full scope of supply and commissioning of the station’s core electrical control system equipment, mainly including a complete set of key hardware and software such as common control panel, unit control panel, DC panel, generator protection panel, main transformer & line protection panel, DC charging system and power station monitoring background system.

• 【Good News】Congratulations! The Huiliu Power Plant Project has successfully passed acceptance!

This project covers the technical renovation of the automatic control system, computer monitoring system, microcomputer protection system and on-site auxiliary works of Huiliu Hydropower Station. During the project implementation, our technical team conducted in-depth on-site investigation and combined the actual operating conditions of the power station to comprehensively carry out equipment upgrading, system docking, logic optimization, on-site installation and commissioning. In strict accordance with industrial power specifications and standards, the team completed item-by-item function verification, linkage testing, grid-related commissioning, as well as communication program development and system access. Multiple on-site technical difficulties during the renovation were fully resolved, ensuring a stable transition between the old and new systems and realizing safe, reliable and precise operation of the entire control system. After the completion of the renovation, the power station has realized real-time monitoring, automatic operation control and rapid fault protection response for generating units. The project effectively improves the overall automation level, operation and maintenance efficiency and safety protection capability of the power station, reduces daily operation and maintenance workload, and builds a solid technical foundation for the long-term stable, efficient and green power generation of Huiliu Hydropower Station.
