In celebration of the company’s 9th anniversary, Guangrun Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. organized a team-building event themed “Nine Years Together – Together in Heart and Step, Toward the Starry Sea!” to strengthen team cohesion and foster a spirit of perseverance. The event featured a variety of engaging activities, including tug-of-war, cooperative ball-tossing, karaoke, and board game competitions. The tug-of-war competition kicked off the event, instantly igniting the passion of all participants. The "Team Drum Toss" challenge elevated collaboration to an art form. Team members gathered around a drum, and after quick practice and adjustments, achieved perfect synchronization - making the ball dance across the drum surface. The winning team executed the most successful bounces in one minute. Every precise bounce demanded absolute unity - identical force, perfect timing, and shared focus. This mirrored our company's journey: just as we've coordinated every project and overcome every challenge together over these nine years, each success came from moving as one. As the ball soared steadily from the drum, so does our resolve to face future challenges together, maintaining the perfect rhythm of teamwork that has brought us this far.
As the day unfolded, colleagues immersed themselves in spirited karaoke sessions, boating adventures, sports competitions, and strategic board games. The typically serious workplace demeanor gave way to unrestrained joy, with laughter echoing through every activity.
