Following the Xinjiang Pingyuan Level‑II Hydropower Station project, the company has once again announced a major milestone: the automation control system and the complete set of auxiliary equipment for the Xinjiang Pingyuan Level‑III Hydropower Station have been fully manufactured, packaged, loaded, and dispatched to the project site, supporting the advancement of the power station’s construction. Meanwhile, Guangrun Electric has been selected as the supplier of all primary and secondary electrical equipment for the group’s 620 MW total installed capacity, encompassing 11 newly built hydropower stations.
Following the Xinjiang Pingyuan Level‑II Hydropower Station project, the company has once again announced a major milestone: the automation control system and the complete set of auxiliary equipment for the Xinjiang Pingyuan Level‑III Hydropower Station have been fully manufactured, packaged, loaded, and dispatched to the project site, supporting the advancement of the power station’s construction. This shipment covers all core electrical control and monitoring hardware and software equipment for the entire power station, with a comprehensive range of products and fully integrated systems:
Computer monitoring system: includes the station-wide supervisory host, operator stations, remote terminal units, network switches, servers, and associated configuration software.
Microcomputer-based anti-misoperation interlocking system: comprising a five‑prevention host, anti‑misoperation locks, a computer key, and a grounding management module, it achieves comprehensive misoperation prevention and control throughout the entire electrical operation process.
Unit Local Control System: LCU (Local Control Unit), signal acquisition device, and logic control module.
Relay protection system: generator protection, line protection, and plant auxiliary power protection.
DC system: high-frequency switching charging modules, battery banks, DC feeder panels, and insulation monitoring devices.
High- and low-voltage switchgear assemblies: high-voltage incoming feeder cabinet, PT cabinet, outgoing feeder cabinet, low-voltage power distribution cabinet, and capacitor compensation cabinet.
Dispatch data network screen: includes a vertical encryption device, a dispatch switch, and a security isolation device, meeting the grid dispatch access standards.

The Xinjiang Pingyuan Level‑II Power Station has already earned high praise from the client. For this Level‑III project, the integrated turnkey delivery approach is being continued, with rigorous quality control across the entire process—from cabinet manufacturing and software configuration to factory‑level commissioning, packaging and protection, and logistics and shipment. Leveraging a mature hydropower automation solution, this ensures a solid hardware foundation for the subsequent installation, energization, grid connection, and intelligent operation and maintenance of the Pingyuan Level‑III Power Station.
